With Taxo, the contents in the CMS Sophora can be classified even more effectively, comfortably and in a more uniform fashion.
The name says it all. Taxo adds a new input field type that allows administrators in Sophora to associate an input field with a selected taxonomy document.
Editors who enter terms in this field receive suggestions while typing, based on the list of terms from the taxonomy document. Compound terms, such as "United Nations", are correctly suggested and presented jointly.
Taxo is flexible; if an editor uses a term which is not included in the term list, the list will be expanded when saved.
At the same time, it is possible to set suggested terms on a denylist and therefore exclude them.
The individual taxonomies are created and edited in the administration area of Sophora’s DeskClient. The taxonomy- documents can be exported and imported, for example, to base the term list on an external source.
