Sticky Notes in Sophora Web

Learn how to use Sticky Notes in Sophora Web for internal comments.

In Sophora Web you can use Sticky Notes to comment on entire documents. These comments are for internal use only, and you can create as many Sticky Notes as you like.

To create a Sticky Note:

  1. In Sophora Web, open a document.
  2. Click or tap the Sticky Note icon in the top bar of the document.
  3. Add your text. Use bold and italic for formatting. You can also create lists, insert links (see below) and change the color.
  4. Click or tap Save.

To edit a Sticky Note:

  1. In Sophora Web, open a document.
  2. Click or tap the context menu (three dots) on the Sticky Note you wish to change.
  3. Select Edit from the menu.
  4. Edit the text. Use bold and italic for formatting. You can also create lists, insert links (see below) and change the color.
  5. Click or tap Save.

To insert a link to another Sophora document in a Sticky Note:

  1. In Sophora Web, open a document.
  2. In a Sticky Note, highlight the text you want to link.
  3. In the Sticky Note's toolbar, click or tap the link icon.
  4. Select Link Sophora document from the menu.
  5. Search for and select the desired document.
  6. Click or tap Save.

To insert an external link to a website in a Sticky Note:

  1. In Sophora Web, open a document.
  2. In the Sticky Note's toolbar, click or tap the link icon.
  3. Select Create link from the menu.
  4. Edit the details, including the URL.
  5. Click or tap Save.

To delete a Sticky Note:

  1. In Sophora Web, open a document.
  2. Click or tap the context menu (three dots) on the Sticky Note you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete from the menu.

To delete all Sticky Notes:

  1. In Sophora Web, open a document.
  2. Click or tap the context menu (three dots) on any of the Sticky Notes.
  3. Select Delete all from the menu.
