Access support information in Sophora Web

Learn where to find technical information for your support teams.

If unexpected complications occur within your Sophora Web installation, you can easily access the information that is most important for our developers to fix these issues.

You can open a window, which shows technical information about your browser and your Sophora Web version as well as a detailed log. To troubleshoot a problem, copy the provided information and forward it to your administration or support teams.

To open the window Support information:

  1. In Sophora Web, in the navigation pane, click or tap the the Extended menu (nine-dots icon) on the bottom.
  2. Click or tap Support information.
  3. Review.
  4. Click or tap Copy.
  5. Click or tap Close.
  6. Paste the support information into an email or a ticket.
