To open the window Support information:
- In Sophora Web, in the navigation pane, click or tap the the Extended menu (nine-dots icon) on the bottom.
- Click or tap Support information.
- Review.
- Click or tap Copy.
- Click or tap Close.
- Paste the support information into an email or a ticket.
