Work with Proposals in Sophora Web

Learn how to work with proposals.

Proposals are used in editorial workflows. Proposals are organized in sections. Sections are similar to folders. You can place a document in the appropriate section. All editors who have access to the specified Proposal Section can then find your document. The other editors can integrate the proposed document into their pages as a component.

Each document in the search results is represented by a card. The first row of each card shows system meta information. The other rows of each document card show content from the document. The last row shows information about the Proposal, not the document:

  1. Priority 1 (high), 2 (medium), and 3 (low).
  2. Author of the Proposal.
  3. Date the Proposal was created.
  4. Validity of the Proposal.
