Saved searches

Learn how to save and reuse search queries.

Efficiently manage your search workflow by saving and reusing your most frequent search queries. In Sophora Web, you can save both Standard and SoQL searches, keeping them private for your own use or sharing them with your team.

  • Filter the table of searches.
  • Sort by table column.

Technical notes

Saves searches are documents

Each saved search is stored as a document within Sophora. While standard document actions - such as cloning or proposing may be useful, some functions (Offline / Online) have no practical effect on the saved search's functionality.

Custom metadata

Your administration team can extend the properties of saved search documents to include custom metadata fields tailored to your organization’s specific needs.

The table columns and filters in the Saved Searches view adjust automatically as long as custom properties are configured on the Base tab of the Saved Searches node type.
