Sophora Web works well with a modern web browser on a tablet or smartphone.

Overview

The navigation pane (visible on the left when signed in) provides access to:

  • Plus: Create new documents from scratch or with predefined templates
  • Search: Search for documents (default).
  • Proposals: Pitch stories to your editors-in-chief, map internal workflows, and monitor news feeds and imports.
  • Recent: Review your recently edited documents.
  • The Themes menu: Select a theme and change dark mode settings.
  • The Extended menu provides access to additional options, including user settings, support information, help, and Sophora info.

  2. The publication state of the document
  3. The type of the document, such as "Image," "Article," "Audio," or "Video."
  4. The last modified date
  5. The name of the last editor
  6. The location of the document
