To export documents as an Microsoft Excel file:
- In Sophora Web, in the navigation pane on the left, click or tap Search (magnifying glass icon) and search for documents.
- On the right of the search box, click or tap the View icon.
- Select Table.
- Add all properties you want to add to the table.
- Arrange the column order in the table as needed by using drag and drop.
- On the top right of the Table view, click or tap More, then select Export as Excel.
- The table downloads as an Microsoft Excel file file to your computer.
Note: Sophora Web exports the Microsoft Excel file asynchronously to avoid performance issues. In some cases, properties cannot be downloaded for technical reasons.
