Export documents as a Microsoft Excel file

This guide explains how to export documents as an Excel file in Sophora Web.

To export documents as an Microsoft Excel file:

  1. In Sophora Web, in the navigation pane on the left, click or tap Search (magnifying glass icon) and search for documents.
  2. On the right of the search box, click or tap the View icon.
  3. Select Table.
  4. Add all properties you want to add to the table.
  5. Arrange the column order in the table as needed by using drag and drop.
  6. On the top right of the Table view, click or tap More, then select Export as Excel.
  7. The table downloads as an Microsoft Excel file file to your computer.
