System fields

Get to know internal system fields in Sophora.

Document Type

Document Type

A field to display the node type of the document.The field will always be read only. Clicking on the pencil icon on its right end will open the node type editor of that document type.

Document Type (Multi)

Using this input field, you can select any subset of your available document types. There are a few parameters you may use to configure the appearance and functionality of the input field:

Property Selection (Multi)

This input field can be used to select a number of document properties. If the parameter Required Type is set, only properties of the configured type are selectable.

Proposal Section (Multi)

In this input field type, you can select a set of your available proposal sections.

System permissions

System Permissions (multi)

Allows to select a set of system permissions. The internal names of the permissions will be saved.

Roles

Input fields of this type allow to select one or more Sophora server roles.
