Forever young! WDR 1LIVE supports diversity
Sophora supports the number one German youth radio broadcaster.
1LIVE, WDR's youth radio station, focuses on diversity, both musically and in its cultural programming. The 24-hour live program is on air with playlists, sessions, information on festivals and concerts, comedy and social topics. An event calendar is also part of the online offering.
With the 1LIVE app, listeners can stream their favorite programs live or access them on demand. Streams can be started either in the listener's own player or in the 1LIVE player. The diverse offering impresses with easy navigation and interactive tools, such as the individual search function within the playlist.
WDR 1LIVE is reliably accompanied by Sophora. The online offering is part of WDR's content platform. Since 2011, the subshell CMS supports large areas of the diverse WDR online broadcast presence.
1LIVE is a radio network of the Westdeutscher Rundfunk public broadcasting corporation in Germany. It specializes in popular music aimed at a listeners ages 14-39.
