With the Table Inline Editor, you can edit a document directly in the search results.
Inline editing is no different from regular editing, including permissions, locking, and validation.
To inline edit a document in the Table view:
- In Sophora Web, in the navigation pane, click or tap Search
and search for documents.
- To switch to the Table view, click or tap the View menu in the search box.
- Select Table from the menu.
- Click or tap the edit icon (pen) in the row displaying the document you want to change. This action locks the document.
- In the edit-ready row, change the fields you want to edit.
- Click or tap the save icon (disk) in the row displaying the document you are editing. This action releases the document lock.
