Review and manage jobs
To view the status of jobs:
- Click or tap Jobs in the navigation pane.
To view the Jobs view, your Sophora role has to include the system permission "Mass Operations".
Jobs details
The Jobs view organizes jobs into Scheduled, In Progress, and Completed sections. Tables display the following details:
- Description: The job title.
- Start: The actual start time. For scheduled jobs, this appears as Planned start time.
- Deadline: The automatic cancellation time (if set).
- End: The time the job ended (only in Completed).
- Status: The job status (for example, Scheduled, Done, or Cancelled).
- Created by: The user who created the job.
- Cancelled by: The user who cancelled the job (only in Completed).
To view details, click or tap the arrow next to a job row a table. Details include:
- The number of documents planned and changed.
- A list of actions performed on each document.
- A summary of error and lock settings.
- ID: The unique job ID.
