Export documents as a Microsoft Excel file

This guide explains how to export documents as an Excel file in Sophora Web.

To export documents as an Microsoft Excel file:

  1. In Sophora Web, in the navigation pane on the left, click Search (magnifying glass icon) and search for documents.
  2. On the right side of the search results, click the View icon and select Table.
  3. Add all properties you want to add to the table.
  4. Arrange the column order in the table as needed by using drag and drop.
  5. On the right side of the search results, click the Excel icon.
  6. The table downloads as an Microsoft Excel file file to your computer.
