Sophora Web supports the use of document lists. Unlike saved searches, which use dynamic search queries, document lists contain a static list of documents.
Multiple list types are supported. Lists are identified when a node type uses the sophora-mix:abstractDocumentList mixin. By default, the Sophora Server includes the sophora-nt:basicDocumentList node type.
Document list node types can be extended. For instance, you can add another mixin with properties to assign lists to specific users or give them a priority. If configured on the base tab of the node type, these additional properties will appear by default in the document list view and can be edited directly within that view.
