Sophora Web supports the usage of documents lists. Compared to saved searches, they contain a static list of documents instead of dynamic search instructions.
Multiple different list types are supported. Lists are identified as such if a nodetype has the sophora-mix:abstractDocumentList mixin. The server by default comes with the sophora-nt:basicDocumentList nodetype.
Document list nodetypes can be extended. For example, they can be extended by another mixin containing properties to assign lists to people or give them a priority. If configured onto the base tab of the nodetype, additional properties will show up by default in the document list view and can be edited in that view.
